New Candidate List: Add Column Filters

What's new?

You can now filter directly from the top of each column in the New Candidate list. Clicking a column's filter icon opens the "Add Filter" panel pre-populated with that field, using the same operators, options, and results as the standard Add Filter tool.

Why does it matter?

These quick filters act as shortcuts to the "Add Filter" tool, saving time and making it easier to refine your search.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the new Candidate List. The rollout of the new Candidate List is currently in progress, and it will be available to all customers by the end of 2025.
